Google Sheet
Google Sheets is a cloud-based spreadsheet platform that allows users to create, edit, and collaborate on spreadsheets online. With Onvo integration, you can seamlessly connect and utilize data from your Google Sheets for building dynamic dashboards and reports.
How do I activate this integration?
First Step
Log in to your Onvo account, navigate to the Integrations page, and click on
Connect
next to the Google Sheets card.
Second Step
You will be redirected to a page where you can enter your Google account credentials and select the Google Sheet document you want to connect.
Third Step
After authentication, return to Onvo's Data sources page and click on New data source
.
Fourth Step
Provide a name for the data source, an optional description, and select
Google Sheet as the type. Then click on Connect
.
Fifth Step
On the appearing page, specify the document ID, sheet ID, and sheet name.
Click on Save changes
to see your data descriptions and sample data.

You can import data from different sheets within your Google Sheet document as data sources on Onvo. The integration ensures that any updates in your Google Sheet reflect in real-time on your dashboards.

How do I create a dashboard using multiple sheets?
On Onvo, achieve this by creating distinct data sources for each sheet and specifying the field used for data correlation in the "fields" tab. This allows the AI to generate the necessary code for joining data without manual query writing.

Identifier for the Google Sheet document (e.g., "abc123").
Identifier for the sheet within the document.
Name of the sheet within the document (e.g., "SalesData").
Security considerations
Exercise caution and only share Google Sheets that you intend to share with Onvo to prevent unintentional data exposure.
